A season asking us to slow down, tuck in, and focus on rest and reconnection…

NOT a time for the “new year, new goals, do more, be more” message the world keeps shouting at us.

A family-friendly winter workshop where you and your child can slow down, reconnect and feel supported after the fullness of the holidays.

Hosted by Lynn and MJ, "Tending the Invisible Garden" shares simple winter wisdom, a few grounding mindset shifts and easy practices you can enjoy as a family.

We’ll end with an optional full moon release ritual you can do at home.

No resolutions. No pressure. No “new year, new you.”

Just warmth, presence and the grounding energy of winter.

Recommended for ages 8 and up - younger children are welcome to listen in or participate in their own way.
